What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offered Free Shipping, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping only in certain areas of Karachi. Charges for Standard and Express Shipping may varied from area to area.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Following are timing criteria for different shipping method.

Free Shipping : 24 hr

Standard Shipping : 12 hr

Express Shipping : Within 3 hr

How Do I Track My Order?

Once the order has been placed, customer can track the order either by clicking on the “Track Your Order” in Upper Right area of the page or can check in the option found in the “My Account”.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

Yes you need an account to place an order. Customer first has to register through and email account. Password will be sent to an email account which will be use for login. Once register you can do the shopping and in checkout page you have to enter further details in order to deliver your order.

Can I Cancel or Refund the order?

Yes you can Cancel or Refund the order. As per the rule you can refund your order within 5 days.

Refund Conditions:

  • Items must be in unused condition.
  • Customer needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Amount will be return at the same time once the courier receive the item.
  • If free shipping offered on the item and the customer want to refund it than Rs. 50 will be deducted from the amount.

 

Is Change of Mind applicable?

If the customer wants to change the order item than it can change by calling us on the given contact numbers. If on the door customer wants to change than shipping time will be given on next available slot. Similarly the customer can  change the items with in the refund days.

Conditions:

Items should be unopen or unused condition.

If free shipping offered on the item than Rs. 50 will be charge after the agreement with the customer.
